Welcome to AMP’D Spin Studio. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or class, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

1. Minimum age requirement

Participants must be at least 14 years of age to attend classes at AMP’D Spin Studio.

Participants who are 14-17 years of age may participate only if a parent or legal guardian has completed and signed all required waivers, consent forms, and any other documentation required, prior to the participants first class.

By booking a class, you represents and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements or, if booking on behalf of a minor, that you are the participant’s parent or legal guardian and have the legal authority to accept these Terms of Service and all applicable waivers on the participants behalf.

AMP’D Spin studio reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel participation if these requirements are not met.

 

2. Studio Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

 

3. Class Reservations

Class reservations, waitlists, and cancellations are managed through our booking platform.

Class availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change. AMP’D Spin Studio reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, class formats, and operating hours at any time.

By booking a class, you agree to adhere to the cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.

 

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Members are responsible for canceling reserved classes within the cancellation window established by AMP’D Spin Studio.

Late cancellations or failure to attend a reserved class may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the class credit, depending on your membership or package.

​

10-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid incurring a fee/loss of credit. This ensures ample time for riders on the waitlist to be added to the class.

If you hold an Unlimited Membership, and you cancel late or do not show up for a class, you will incur a $15 late cancelation fee or a $20 no-show fee. Membership benefits include unlimited classes but do exempt you from our cancelation or no-show policies.

No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for a class without providing notice, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $22 for that class. If you have a class pack, you will be deducted a class credit in lieu of the fee.

 

Specific cancellation policies may be updated periodically and will be communicated through our website or booking platform.

 

5. Memberships and Packages

Memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

 

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a membership, class package, retail item, or other service, you authorize AMP’D Spin Studio to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees, taxes, and authorized recurring charges.

 

7. Refund Policy

Unless required by law, purchases of memberships, class packages, gift cards, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Retail merchandise may be eligible for exchange or return according to our posted retail policy.

 

8. Personal Property

AMP’D Spin Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto studio premises.

 

9. General Studio Policies

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Attire: Appropriate workout clothing and indoor shoes (SPD cleat spin shoes or tennis shoes) are required for all classes.

 

10.Health and Safety

 It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in classes. Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, class names, text, and other materials—is the property of AMP’D Spin Studio or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

 

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with third-party providers, including Mariana Tek for booking services and Stripe for payment processing.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

 

13. SMS

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from AMP’D Spin Studio("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include [appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc. — customize to your actual use case]. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

 

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

 

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMP’D Spin Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or participation in studio activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

 

15. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue classes, memberships, pricing, studio hours, instructors, or website features at any time.

 

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
